If you ever wanted to help, but thought that you could not make a difference. Just look into the eyes of these children. You can make a difference to them. Neither of these organizations get any Government or NGO help. They are totally dependent on private donations. The mission of both of these organizations is alleviate poverty and suffering in Cambodia by providing orphaned and abandoned children a safe home, food, clothing medicine and education. This is there only way out of poverty!

 light House Orphanage is currently caring for 107 children. Most have been abandoned by there families or have been orphaned. They need 50 Kilo's of rice to feed the children for just one day. ( 50 kilo's of rice costs about $45.00 US) That dose not include fruit, vegetables, meat, school supplies, personal hygiene, school uniforms or medicine. You can donate directly through Pay pal. Click on the link above. If you have time to visit or stay a few day's playing with the children, Teach an English lesson, organize activities or help make repairs. They will welcome you with open arms. Remember they only survive on private donations.
